Hey guys! Hope y’all have been enjoying the updates 🙂 It’s exciting to think that after being set back more than a year from my original estimated completion date, we’re finally in the final chapters of Control! Words can’t express how much I appreciate y’all embarking on this crazy journey with me. I’ve probably said it before, but I consider Control to be my most ambitious writing project to date. It’s been such a rewarding experience penning this fic, and I look forward to many more in the future!
In lieu of a story post today, however, I thought I’d share some news. A couple of weeks ago I put in notice with my employer, to scale down from full-time to part-time (more like low-time lol). The reason is this—
I’m going to be giving this whole writing thing a shot 🙂
As we’ve all come to appreciate in light of this global pandemic, life is fragile, and all too short. Since I was in fifth grade, I’ve wanted to be a published author. Writing a book has been a lifelong dream, and I’m not putting it off any longer. Hopefully I’ll have the opportunity to publish many things 🙂 So the sooner I get to it, the better!
Don’t worry – this doesn’t mean I’m going to stop writing fanfiction. I don’t plan to ever stop writing fanfic – it’s just too much fun! If anything, I hope to increase my output, now that I won’t have the stress and demands of a full-time tech job grinding me down. If I can manage it, I’d love nothing more than to ditch the tech world altogether, and focus exclusively on writing.
So we’ll see what the future brings. The main difference this career change is going to make is that it’ll give me the time and creative energy I desperately need in order to craft some original works. What will these look like? Hopefully things that you guys will find interesting! – romance, fantasy, and erotica are the genres I have in mind. 😉
Anyway, just to be clear – this blog site and fanfic updates will continue to proceed as normal, just hopefully with greater regularity and throughput 🙂 The major changes for now will be behind the scenes as I work to draft my original pieces, which I’ll be excited to share with you guys in due course!
My new, reduced work schedule starts next week. Since things are going to be a little chaotic for me until Wednesday, the next part of Control might be slightly delayed (it’s also a side-story, which means it’ll be a longer post 🙂 ).

Wow, how wonderful! Honestly, I think if anyone can do it, it’s you. You’re one of the most dedicated and disciplined writers I « know » (I feel like I know you lol). You have so much talent and skill—I have no doubt at all that you will publish many books and they will delight your readers as much as your fanfiction does.
